Completed in December 2022, this transformation of the two-story Remax Realty office at 954 Orlando Ave. in Winter Park not only modernized the space but also tailored it to the needs of high-profile tenants such as Azad Plastic Surgery and Nuvia Dental. By infilling the second floor, we created additional square footage, while enhancing the building's aesthetics with a striking glass curtain wall on the northwest corner. The entire exterior was upgraded, including improvements to the occupied Reyus portion, without disrupting their operations. Key features include the adaptive reuse of the grandfathered pylon sign, blending seamlessly with the new and improved facade.
