DRNK Investors purchased the corner property in the popular Mills 50 commercial district. The 6,000-square-foot building , located at 1121 N. Mills Avenue became Orlando's first Meadery - Zymarium Meadery.  Meaderies make alcohol from honey, which can be fermented with fruit, spiced, barrel aged, hopped, still or sparkling and typically contain 6%-14% alcohol.

Verax Fairbanks is a two-story, 21,000-square-foot outpatient clinic near the intersection of W. Fairbanks and Orlando Avenue.  The building was completed in 2019 at which time Verax leased the building to Orlando Health.

Verax Oviedo is a 27,000 square-foot medical office project to rise on 3 acres at the southwest corner of Oviedo Mall Boulevard and Broadway Street, just east of the Oviedo Mall. Construction is underway and first tenants are expected to occupy in early 2024.

 

The development is comprised of two buildings. Orlando Health Imaging & Diagnostic Center has signed as the anchor tenant for the 7,000 square-foot Building 1.  The  remaining 20,000 square-feet in Building 2  is currently being leased.
