Verax Fairbanks: Elevating Community Healthcare in Central Florida

At VERAX Investments, as an all-physician real estate development team in Central Florida, our unique approach to community development stems from being physicians at the core, which instills in us a nuanced understanding of healthcare needs. We are committed to building and revitalizing properties that support and serve the communities in the Orlando area.

The 2020 completion of the Orlando Health Women's Pavilion – Winter Park, is a shining example of this commitment. The Orlando Health Women's Pavilion, located at 1111 W. Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park, Florida stands as a testament to Verax Investments' dedication to community-focused development. The transformation of the Fairbanks property into this state-of-the-art women's healthcare facility underscores the group's mission to create spaces that cater to the specific needs of the community.

Understanding the multifaceted roles women play in juggling families, careers, households, and social lives, the Orlando Health Women's Pavilion is designed to alleviate the burden of managing healthcare. Recognizing that women’s health can often take a backseat due to the complexity of scheduling multiple appointments across different locations, this facility brings together healthcare providers, diagnostic testing, and lab services all under one roof. The Pavilion is crafted to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience, featuring beautiful artwork, comfortable furniture, and a concierge service to greet visitors. The spa-like environment is intended to make women feel at ease as they receive care, ensuring that every visit is as pleasant as possible.

The development of the Orlando Health Women's Pavilion is more than just a real estate project; it is a significant contribution to the well-being of the Orlando area. By providing comprehensive healthcare services in a single, accessible location, the Orlando Health Women’s Pavilion is taking strides to ensure that women in our community can prioritize their health without the added stress of navigating multiple healthcare facilities.

The Verax Fairbanks project illustrates our commitment to enhancing community infrastructure and healthcare. The architect for the project was KTH Architects, of Orlando. The general contractor for the project was Lamm & Company Partners, established in 1991 and headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
