Verax Fairbanks & Clay- Blending Medical and Retail in Winter Park

Winter Park, Florida, is set to welcome a new addition to its healthcare and retail landscape with the development of the Verax Fairbanks & Clay Building. This upcoming facility, spearheaded by Verax Florida, LLC, aims to supplement the existing medical and retail infrastructure in the area. Located at 1801 West Fairbanks on a 1.3-acre site, the building started construction in early 2024 and will offer 20,000 square feet of medical and retail space.

Designed as a two-story building, the Fairbanks & Clay Building seeks to provide functional space for healthcare and retail services. With medical and retail options planned for the ground floor and medical offices slated for the top floor, the building is structured to support the day-to-day needs of the Winter Park community. Positioned at the northwest corner of West Fairbanks Avenue and Clay Street, the building benefits from a central location. The architectural plans, developed by DAP Design, focus on creating a practical and accessible environment for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Verax Investments, an all-physician led Central Florida development firm has significantly impacted Winter Park's development landscape through notable projects such as the Verax Fairbanks outpatient clinic, the sold-out luxury townhome community Vilasa Winter Park, and the forthcoming Verax Lakemont (at the corner of Lakemont and Aloma), each exemplifying their commitment to enhancing community living and healthcare infrastructure in the area.

Lamm & Company Partners, in collaboration with Verax Florida, LLC, is embarking on another medical development project, building on a solid partnership that has previously brought to life impactful projects like the Verax Fairbanks outpatient clinic, the innovative Bent’s Landing within the Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park, and the strategically located Verax Oviedo development. Together, these endeavors highlight a commitment to enhancing Florida's healthcare landscape through state-of-the-art medical and retail spaces.
